Casino / Slots
Fund your account with Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow or FPX and your wallet balance stays in sync across phone and desktop from the moment you log in. Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits.
The bull98 lobby puts three distinct categories under one login. Slots from studios including Bigtime Gaming, Spadegaming, Habanero and CQ9 cover everything from three-reel classics to multi-line games with prize rounds and high-cap prize-style slot features. The live casino section brings real dealer tables streamed directly to your screen — baccarat, roulette and blackjack rooms where the action is visible in real time.
Getting stuck on a deposit or account step is frustrating, and we know it. Our support team covers wallet verification queries, deposit path questions and account access issues so you are not left guessing at a critical moment. Reach us through the live chat icon on any page — it is visible whether you are on your phone browser or desktop.
The quickest way to reach us. Open the chat icon from any page — no need to navigate away from where you are. Useful for deposit path questions, wallet linking and anything that needs a back-and-forth with a real agent. Have your account email on hand so we can pull up your record and resolve the issue in one session rather than asking you to follow up later.
If a deposit shows as pending or a wallet transfer has not reflected in your account balance, check the transaction history tab in your account dashboard after login. The current status of each transaction is shown there. If the record looks wrong after checking, bring the transaction reference number to the live chat team and we can investigate from our end without delay.
For account access issues — password resets, email verification, or wallet verification steps — follow the instructions shown on the account settings page. Each step is laid out in sequence. If you hit an error message that the page does not explain, note the exact message text and bring it to live chat. That detail helps us identify whether the issue is a verification step, a session timeout or something else entirely.
Playing on a platform that handles real money means the basics have to work every time — your balance has to be accurate, your deposit path has to be predictable, and your account history has to be where you left it whether you are on your phone during lunch or back on your desktop later. bull98 is built around those fundamentals.
Your account credentials and payment details move over an encrypted connection at every step — login, deposit, withdrawal request and session transitions between mobile and desktop. This applies to the Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and FPX payment paths as well as the account settings pages.
The balance shown in your account wallet reflects your deposits, withdrawals and in-game results. After a Touch 'n Go eWallet or DuitNow transfer completes, the updated amount is shown in your wallet tab.
Log in on your phone to check the lobby during the day and return on desktop later — your wallet balance, transaction history and any active game sessions carry across without requiring you to re-enter payment details.
Deposits go through Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and FPX — the same payment channels Malaysians use for everyday transactions. Using a familiar payment app means you can see the outgoing transaction in your own payment history alongside your groceries and bills, making it straightforward to reconcile what left your wallet and what arrived in your bull98 account balance.
The deposit flow at bull98 is built around the payment apps Malaysians already have on their phones. Here is how the path works in practice. After logging in, navigate to the deposit tab in your account. You will see Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and FPX listed as options.
Deposit from your eWallet balance directly. Select Touch 'n Go eWallet from the deposit tab, enter the amount, and complete the authorisation inside the app using your existing PIN or biometric. The transfer draws from your wallet balance, the same one you use for toll payments and everyday purchases.
DuitNow routes the transfer through your registered bank account using the DuitNow ID or QR code path. Select DuitNow from the deposit tab, confirm the amount, and complete the transfer through your bank's app or interface.
FPX connects directly to your online banking login. Select FPX, choose your bank from the list, and you will be taken to your bank's own authorisation page to confirm the transfer. The amount is deducted from your bank account and credited to your bull98 wallet after the bank confirms the transaction.
Opening an account and making your first deposit is a short sequence of steps. Start at the account registration page — you will need an email address and a password. After submitting, check your inbox for a verification email and follow the confirmation link to activate the account. Once verified, log in and you land on the main lobby. From there, navigate to the deposit tab.
Open the account registration page and fill in your email and a password. All required fields are labeled on the form. Submit the form and wait for the verification email — it usually arrives quickly, but check your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.
Open the verification email and click the confirmation link. This activates your account. Without this step, login will not complete. If the link has expired by the time you click it, the account page will show an option to resend the verification email.
After logging in, go to the deposit tab. Select Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow or FPX, enter the amount, and complete the authorisation in your payment app. Your wallet updates once the transfer clears. The current Deposit references and any minimum amounts are shown on the deposit page itself.
With a balance in your account wallet, you can open slots, live casino tables or sportsbook markets from the main lobby. Your balance is shared across all three categories. Use the category tabs at the top of the lobby to switch between them without leaving the page.
The bull98 lobby covers casino slots, live dealer tables and a sportsbook under one account. Studios available include Bigtime Gaming, Spadegaming, Habanero and CQ9, with titles ranging from classic slot formats to games featuring prize rounds and slot feature spins. Live casino rooms and sportsbook markets are accessible from the same lobby navigation without switching accounts or wallets.
The bull98 lobby carries content from Bigtime Gaming, Spadegaming, Habanero, CQ9. To check the studio, rules or features of one specific game, open that game card or the published information panel.
Cards, tables, FAQ and policy pages stay easy to read on smaller screens.
The bull98 lobby is built to work on your phone without a separate download. Open your mobile browser, log in with your account credentials, and the layout adjusts to the screen you are on — slot titles, live casino rooms and sportsbook markets are all reachable from the same navigation you see on desktop, reorganised for a smaller screen.
No app download is needed. Open your phone's browser, go to bull98, and log in with your existing account credentials. The lobby layout adjusts automatically to your screen size. The deposit tab, game lobby, transaction history and live chat support are all accessible from the mobile browser layout.
Your account wallet balance is the same whether you check it on your phone or your desktop. A deposit made on mobile shows in the transaction history tab on desktop immediately after it clears — there is no separate sync step. This is handled at the account level, not the device level, so it works regardless of which browser or phone model you are using.
Slot titles from Bigtime Gaming, Spadegaming, Habanero and CQ9 are playable on mobile. Live casino tables and sportsbook markets are also accessible from the mobile lobby navigation. Titles like Rapid Dice Duel and Fishing Coral Cannon are designed for short-session play formats that fit well on a phone screen. The current available titles are shown in the lobby after login — the mobile catalogue matches the desktop catalogue.
If you are logging in for the first time and not sure where to start, a few titles give you a clear picture of what the lobby does well. Live Miri Baccarat Room is one of the live dealer tables — a real dealer, real cards, and a baccarat format that Malaysians are familiar with.
A live dealer baccarat table with a real dealer streamed to your screen. Baccarat is one of the most-played table formats among Malaysian casino players — the rules are straightforward and the hand results are immediate. Prize amounts from winning hands are added straight to your wallet after each round.
A multi-line slot title with a local theme and a bonus round mechanic that activates on specific symbol combinations. The game info panel shows the RTP figure where the provider has published it — check there for the verified number rather than any external source.
Badminton is one of the sports with the strongest following in Malaysia, and this market brings live odds on matches directly into the sportsbook section. You are betting on match outcomes, not playing a game — odds update as the match progresses. This is a live betting market, so the odds shown at any moment reflect the current match state. Available from the sportsbook section of the lobby.
A CQ9 fishing game title with short round formats and a clear prize mechanic. Each round ends with a settled result and the amount won is added straight to your wallet. Fishing game formats are popular in Malaysia as a casual session type — the rounds are quick and the mechanic is visual and direct. RTP information is shown where CQ9 makes it available at the game level.
The current state of any active offers or account-level activity is shown in your account dashboard after login. We do not publish offer details on public pages because what is available depends on your account status and the current period — the dashboard is where you see what applies to your account specifically.
New to online casino or just unfamiliar with some of the terminology on the platform? These are the terms that come up most often when navigating the lobby and managing your account wallet.
A bonus round is a feature built into a slot title that activates when a specific symbol combination lands on the reels. It is part of the game's core mechanic, not a separate offer — it is how the game is designed. During a bonus round, the game may use a different reel structure, multiplier, or prize mechanic than the base game.
RTP stands for Return to Player. It is a published percentage that describes, over a statistically large number of rounds, what proportion of total bets the game returns as prizes. A game with an means that, across a very large sample of play, the game returns 96 units for every 100 wagered.
Megaways is a reel mechanic developed by Bigtime Gaming. On each spin, the number of symbols on each reel changes randomly, which changes the total number of ways to win dynamically — sometimes into the tens of thousands. This mechanic creates high-variance play where individual spins can produce significantly different prize-round outcomes.
DuitNow is a real-time bank transfer service in Malaysia that lets you send money using a registered account number or QR code. It is operated through the banking infrastructure most Malaysian banks support.
FPX (Financial Process Exchange) is Malaysia's national online payment gateway, connecting bank accounts to online merchants and platforms through a direct bank authorisation. When you select FPX at the bull98 deposit tab, you choose your bank from the list and are redirected to your bank's own login and confirmation page.
A jackpot is a slot game's top prize, typically hit on rare symbol combinations or through a specific bonus feature. It is a game mechanic term describing the maximum prize the game can pay out in a single event — it is not a scheduled or periodic payment.
Your wallet balance is the current amount available in your bull98 account for placing bets or requesting a withdrawal. Deposits from Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow or FPX add to this balance once the transfer clears. Winnings from games are also added to this balance automatically.

Yes. Your account wallet balance is stored at the account level, not on your device, so it is the same whether you log in on your phone browser or your desktop. A deposit made on your phone shows in the transaction history tab on desktop immediately after it clears. There is no sync step and no separate mobile wallet — one account, one balance, accessible from any device you log into.
The lobby includes slots from Bigtime Gaming, Spadegaming, Habanero and CQ9, live dealer casino tables including Live Miri Baccarat Room, and a sportsbook with football and badminton markets. Specific titles include Kuala Lumpur Slots Weekend, Rapid Dice Duel, Fishing Coral Cannon, Bingo Highland Room and Badminton Live Odds.
Check the transaction history tab in your account dashboard first — the current status of each deposit is shown there and often updates before you receive any other notification. If the deposit shows as pending for longer than expected, note the transaction reference from your payment app and bring it to the live chat team along with your account email.
No download is needed. Open bull98 in your phone's browser and log in with your account credentials. The lobby layout adjusts to your screen automatically. The full deposit flow, game lobby, transaction history and live chat support are all accessible from the mobile browser. Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow deposits work particularly smoothly on mobile because the authorisation step routes through your payment app, which is already installed on your phone.
Your account dashboard is the single place for everything account-specific — current wallet balance, transaction history, deposit options and any items relevant to your account at this time. Log in and open the dashboard tab. What you see there reflects your actual account state in real time. If something shown is unclear, the live chat team can explain it without you needing to navigate away from the dashboard.
Open the game info panel before starting a session — it is usually accessible through an information icon on the game thumbnail or inside the game interface itself. If the provider has published the RTP figure, it will be shown there. We only display RTP where the game provider has verified and published the figure.
The sportsbook is the sports betting section of the lobby, covering football and badminton markets among others. Football includes English Premier League and Liga Super markets. Badminton is available as live odds on matches. You place bets on match outcomes using your account wallet balance — the same balance you use for casino and slot play.
Access may be available only where local law permits.
